How to compress video to WhatsApp?

Please follow the steps below to compress an MP4 file to an exact size.

Select your video.
Click on "Advanced Settings".
Set the “Compression Method” to “Target a file size (MB)”.
Then select the target size ( Less than or equal 16 MB)
Click “Apply Settings”
Start the compression by clicking on the “Compress Now” button.
